Director of the hit movie ‘Frozen’ apologizes to parents for the song ‘Let it Go’

Frozen is the type of movie that everyone will enjoy and it?s good for the whole family. However, just like any other Disney movie, this one also has a few catchy songs.

If you think Hakuna Matata from the Lion King was bad enough, wait till you hear ?Let it Go?.

??Frozen? director apologizes for making ?Let it Go? stuck in your head for months

During an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Jennifer Lee, the director of the hit movie Frozen, told THR “A year ago, I’d meet people who, when they found out who I was, they’d say, ‘Oh, we love the songs! We sing them all the time.’ Now they’re like, ‘Yep, we’re still listening to those songs,’ ?she also added “I’ve gone from, ‘Thank you,’ to, ‘Sorry!’ ”

The popular soundtrack was sung by Idina Menzel in the film. It was even included in the top 10 charts including the Billboard Hot 100. Not only the singer but she was also the voice behind Elsa.

?Let it Go? as one of the most contagious songs ever made

Personally, I find the song VERY catchy to the point that, once you?ve listened to it that song won?t be erased and it will be embedded in your brain for weeks?heck, even for months if your daughter keeps on repeating it every single day.

Pretty much like the internet meme or an axiom ?cannot be unseen? this one however is more like ?once heard, cannot be unheard.? Because it?s true, whether you like it or not, ?Let it Go? will get stuck in your head and it will stay there for a while.

I?m not a big fan of the song, even the movie but wow! Disney sure knows how to make a catchy song. The last time something like this happened to me was back in the days were the Lion King was still popular. You might say that this is the Hakuna Matata of today or The Circle of Life.
