New executions for each playable hero have been datamined from the For Honor update 1.07 this May 16. These datamined content are not yet accessible in the game. Here’s what we know about the newly found content in For Honor update 1.07.

Datamined Executions

As seen on XDeadzX, the For Honor update 1.07 showcases new execution animations that have yet to be released. The video showcases one new execution each for Berserker, Conqueror, Kensei, Lawbringer, Nobushi, Orochi, Peacekeeper, Raider, Shugoki, Valkyrie, Warden, and Warlord. Since they’re still inaccessible in For Honor update 1.07, these new executions might be added after the Shadow and Might DLC expansion.

Sending A Message

For Honor fans are definitely hyped for these new executions as seen on its dedicated subreddit. Notably, the Lawbringer’s choke and Warlord’s “People’s Elbow” kill are the few executions that the players are looking forward in-game. For Honor’s executions are mostly cosmetic and are only worn for their spectacle. Players often agree that they use executions to tell their opponent if it was a good fight or an annoying kill.

More Content

Ubisoft’s For Honor Shadow and Might DLC isn’t just an expansion as it marks the start for its Season 2. The new expansion just started out with two new playable heroes, namely the Shinobi and Centurion. The gear system has also been revamped to weed out any redundant or useless stat boosts for certain characters. Perhaps, we’ll get more characters, cosmetics, and possibly a story expansion in this new Season 2 content.

Ubisoft’s E3 Appearance

We might see more For Honor details in Ubisoft’s press conference at E3. Ubisoft may focus more on discussing their new titles like Far Cry 5, The Crew 2, and the upcoming Assassin’s Creed game. However, Ubisoft may also want to touch on their eSports contender titles like Rainbow Six Siege and For Honor. If fans get lucky, For Honor may also have a new DLC roadmap announced, similar to Rainbow Six Siege.

For Honor’s Current State

Last March, For Honor had a sharp drop of active players, which definitely hurts an online multiplayer game a lot. However, new content like the Shadow and Might DLC expansion and these datamined cosmetics can help win back their audience. For now, Steam Charts lists a fairly healthy amount of active For Honor players, but not exactly monumental enough for a large eSport community.
