Fans of ?The Flash? should know by now that Keiynan Lonsdale a.k.a Wally West is actually playing the role of Kid Flash in the hit TV show. In a recent revelation by CW and DC Entertainment, they confirmed the latest rumors that a new superhero may finally join Barry Allen in The Flash Season 3. Wally West?s character was highlighted in The Flash Season 2 and according to ComingSoon, it won?t be long before viewers will able to see the Kid Flash joining the team.
Wally West played a significant role in Season 2 that now, it?s a given he?s going to be one of the Superheroes. But just how has the impact of Season 2 changed the course of events for the Kid Flash? Apparently, The Flash Season 2 showed Wally getting zapped by the same accelerator experiment that gave Barry Allen the speed factor. The result did not immediately affect Wally and up to the season finale of The Flash Season 2, the future Kid Flash did not show any significant signs of being different.
Now, it looks like the tides have changed as Lonsdale is now donning the Kid Flash suit. In the latest twitter post by CW The Flash, they featured Lonsdale with his yellow and red suit.Does this mean that Barry Allen can now slack off?
The Flash Season 3 has long been rumored online and some of the most notable theories was about Barry Allen trying to save his mother from drying at the the hands of The Reverse Flash by traveling through time. The Flash Season 3, entitled ?Flashpoint?, is also said to follow the comic series giving viewers a rare view of what they can expect of the third season of the show.
Meanwhile, The Flash Season 3 will also feature Grant Gustin as Barry Allen/The Flash, Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin Snow, Candice Patton as Iris West, Tom Cavanagh as Dr. Harrison Wells, Jesse L. Martin as Detective Joe West and Carlos Valdes as Cisco Ramo.
