iOS 9.3.3 jailbreak by Pangu

Chinese developer Pangu released a iOS 9.3.3 jailbreak to the delight of many fans.

iOS device owners are able to enjoy the perks of a jailbroken, but some users claimed that upon downloading the jailbreak, their screens suddenly turns black. This is also called as the ?black screen of death?.

Below is the step-by-step process on how to fix the ?Black Screen of Death?.

Step 1: Do a hard reboot by pressing the Power button and Home button simultaneously. Hold for 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears. By doing this, your device can access the iOS 9.3.3 again.

Step 2: Back up the iDevice using iTunes as a contingency plan in case something goes wrong.

Step 3: Do a full restore on iOS 9.3.3 via iTunes. Get the iOS 9.3.3 IPSW files for your specific device here.

Step 4: Go ahead and jailbreak your iOS 9.3.3 device using Pangu?s tool.

Step 5: After jailbreaking your device, restore the backup using iTunes. Now, you have a jailbroken device with the same configuration as before.

In case that the problems still persist, repeat the steps above. Apple released the iOS 9.3.4 that thwarts the iOS 9.3.3 jailbreak made by Pangu.

Meanwhile, there were speculations that Pangu has unlocked the iOS 10 jailbreak, but is withholding its release since the official has not been released yet. Due to its success in hacking the iOS 9.3.3, people are anticipating the iOS 10 jailbreak.

According to Mobipicker, Pangu has apparently shown the entire process of how to fully access iOS 10 during the Mobile Security Conference (MOSEC) held in China on July 1. In comparison with the other jailbreaks that took months to complete, Pangu may have jailbroken the version in no time.

It is believed that Pangu is waiting for September for Apple to release the official iOS 10 version. Apple may patch the security loopholes found in the developer version.

However, since the developers of the jailbreak tool have yet to comment on the matter officially, available information should be taken with a grain of salt.
