Five Nights at Freddy’s creator Scott Cawthon has yet to reveal any details on Five Nights at Freddy’s 6 or any of his other projects. In the meantime, there’s an abundance of Five Nights at Freddy’s fan-games that can keep fans company. Here’s a quick list of Five Nights at Freddy’s 6 alternatives to try out.

Kane Carter’s Popgoes game is a fan-game that plays similarly to Cawthon’s Five Nights at Freddy’s series. Players will play as a character named Strings who monitors the animatronics of the Popgoes Pizza pizzeria. The game features a slightly different “Sit and Survive” gameplay as the animatronics can steal one of your tools during the night. Popgoes also has a deep lore which somehow ties itself to Five Nights at Freddy’s story. Popgoes is available for free on GameJolt.

Five Nights at Candy’s

Emil “Ace” Marko’s Five Nights at Candy’s also features a similar gameplay to the main Five Nights at Freddy’s entries. Like Carter’s Popgoes, Five Nights at Candy’s also features gameplay changes to stay fresh from Cawthon’s work. Five Nights at Candy’s features its own set of animatronics and power management works differently. Five Nights at Candy’s already has three entries in its series as seen on Marko’s Game Jolt page.

Jolly 2

IvanG’s Jolly 2 is up on Game Jolt’s best #fnaf games list. Like the other fangames, the players will also have to defend themselves from animatronics and survive the night. A character is also named “Freddy” in this game, which can legally risk its own existence similar to The Dolls game. The third entry, Jolly 3, is already in the works according to IvanG’s Devlog.

Five Nights at Freddy’s 6 so far

Currently, Cawthon hasn’t announced any detailed information on his current work in the series. The series creator also hasn’t revealed any new details about his next game since Five Nights at Freddy’s Sister Location became available. Five Nights at Freddy’s 6 may be unlikely if he isn’t talking about it now.

Additionally, Cawthon is now working on the Five Nights at Freddy’s movie and possibly an upcoming game as teased by Ballora’s voice actress. The surefire Five Nights at Freddy’s content is the The Twisted Ones novel, which is scheduled to be released on June 27. Fans can only wait until Cawthon talks about upcoming main series releases again. Stay updated with more Five Nights at Freddy’s news here on TheBitBag.
