Final Fantasy 15 Release Date

There?s a big chance that Square Enix will take advantage of Taipei Game Show 2016 to announce the Final Fantasy 15 release date as director Hajime Tabata will grace the event in a 1-hour panel to discuss his game. Square Enix has also given more hope for fans to expect a Final Fantasy 15 release date reveal as they cleared confusion that both the Active Time Report (ATR) and Taipei Game Show 2016 are the same event.
According to the translation of a Japanese post on the Final Fantasy 15 Twitter account, Square?s Active Time Report will be on a different stage but might occur on the same date that Tabata will discuss FF15 at Taipei Game Show 2016. This statement was made by Square Enix to clear confusion from fans who are mixing up the two events.
It?s still unknown which of the two events will come first, as the exact time for the ATR has not been revealed. However, Tabata may still have time to appear on both shows if the ATR is scheduled on an earlier date.
One thing is for sure, if we?re getting a two platforms for FF15 to be discussed, then we have double the chances of finally finding out the release date for FF15. All fans need to do is to monitor each of the Square Enix YouTube channels to not miss the livestream for the upcoming Square Enix broadcasts and keep an eye on the upcoming Taipei Game Show 2016.
It can be recalled that a report by Gematsu last year confirmed that the Active Time Report will happen in January 2016, and it advised fans to wait for Square Enix?s further announcement of the dates.
Perhaps we should give Square Enix some more time for the announcement as we still have a week left before Jan. 31, which is the confirmed date for Tabata?s appearance in the Taipei Game Show. Stay updated on Final Fantasy 15 news here on TheBitBag.
