It seems like Bethesda has done a very good job with the Fallout 4 DLCs, despite the price hike that was implemented earlier this year. The recently released Far Harbor DLC has entertained players, but that might not have anything on what was announced on the Bethesda Conference. The publisher announced the Fallout 4 Nuka World DLC, which will be the last bit of DLC for the acclaimed game.
Fallout 4 Nuka World DLC will take place in an abandoned amusement park and will be huge, like most of the areas combined in Fallout 4. There will be a big story present for the new area, which means players can expect a lot of sidequests related to the place, which is always great for the game?s longevity.
Since this is the last bit of DLC for the game, it?s somewhat fitting that it will be as big as possible. This piece of DLC will be released in August, so those that purchased the US$50 season pass can download it right away when it comes out. The DLC pack?s individual price has not been revealed yet.
Aside from the Fallout 4 Nuka World DLC, players will also get a ton of new customization options for the game. Dubbed as the Vault Tech Workshop expansion, players will be able to make their own vault and experiment on the denizens that live there, which should be fun for those who?ve enjoyed the game?s mods. That sounds dark, but the Fallout universe has never been known for its quips and jokes.
IGN stated that the Vault Tech Workshop would be available next month. No individual price has been announced, but those that purchased the Fallout 4 season pass will be able to purchase it immediately once it comes out.
The Fallout 4 Nuka World, Vault Tech Workshop, And Contraptions will join the other expansions for the game, like the Automatron and Far Harbor. Those that have played the DLC have liked it quite a bit, so fans can only hope that the new DLC will live up to the hype and be just as fun as the previous content, if not more.
Fallout 4 is available now for the PS4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
