Fallout 4 Nuka World DLC: How To Start The Expansion

By on

It might have taken a while, but the Fallout 4 Nuka World DLC is now available. This stellar piece of content makes the base game even bigger than it already was, which is saying a lot. However, there are a small portion of fans that have had a hard time starting up the DLC. Thankfully, Bethesda released a guide on how to activate it.

First, players have to download the DLC. On the main menu, players must confirm the Nuka World purchase. After that, the player simply has to load the game for the next few steps.

Level 30

According to the Bethesda forums, a player that has reached level 30 should automatically have the Nuka World quest. Once this has been confirmed, players have to listen to the Nuka World radio for further instructions.

Players in the middle of a mission should finish it first before starting the Fallout 4 Nuka World DLC. This is pretty obvious, but players should not abandon quests for the DLC. After all, there is still EXP to get from them.

Not Level 30

Fans who haven’t reached level 30 yet will have a harder time getting the DLC. It’s not impossible though. It just requires plenty of travelling and memorizing on the part of the player. Players under level 30 should probably do some side quests first, since Nuka World will be difficult.

For those who are confident in their level 20 or higher abilities, here?s what must be done. The Fallout 4 Nuka World DLC is in the far west of the map. Players should be able to find it by following the northerly of the two highways leading off of the west edge of the map. Some notable landmarks near the area include Lonely Chapel and Federal Ration Stockpile.

The Fallout 4 Nuka World DLC is available now for download. Fans who purchased the US$49.99 season pass should can access it by downloading the expansion on their respective store. The DLC is available on the PS4, Xbox One and Windows PC. This is the 6th and final DLC pack for the game.
