Last night, the social media giant, Facebook introduced a new feature called Facebook Live Audio to share podcasts with the audience. The company recently introduced Live 360 which offers the users the ability to record 360-degree panoramic videos and share it live with the audience.
After its inception in 2004, the company never looked back. It is constantly updating its user interface with many interesting features. Facebook Live Audio works similar to Live, but less of the video feature.
No need to be camera ready
Facebook is well known for serving its users with innovation. With its feedback features, it is able to collect requests, suggestions, likes and dislikes from?its users. For the live feature, the company even received a feedback that the feature needs higher connectivity for recording videos.
Apart from this, professionals like publishers are not able to use Facebook Live, as they just have to podcast their audio. The company solved all these problems with Facebook Live Audio. Facebook Live Audio is a way to share about your work, experiences and thoughts without having to show your face.
Facebook Live Audio Testing with BBC
The company has made an official announcement to roll out Facebook Live Audio for its users. In the announcement, the company said that it is testing Facebook Live Audio with its partners and the feature will be available in early 2017.
