Conclusion for the EON17-X VS Alienware 15 gaming laptop battle

Let?s talk about the processor first; EON17-X?s main feature for their gaming laptop is their processor. It is not your ordinary Intel chip that you can see on an ordinary gaming laptop, why? Because what they are using here is a desktop processor meaning, it packs more processing speed and its overclocking is far more powerful than that of an ordinary gaming laptop. This is where Alienware 15 is lacking, the base processing speed alone can totally beat Alienware and not to mention the Turbo Boost speed! Think of all the possibilities!

Now that we have covered who won in the processor part, it is now time to head on to the GPU part of this EON17-X VS Alienware 15 gaming laptop battle. Now I know an 8GB VRAM as a GPU for a gaming laptop seems a bit of an overkill?if you are not going to use multiple monitor. But since games today gets more demanding as years passes, it?s better to just be prepared in case another heavy GPU demanding game hits the market again. So for this part of the match, it is quite obvious who the winner is and it is EON17-X with its huge VRAM. (Note: You can still change the GPU to a much lower model like the NVIDIA GTX 970M, you just subtract $280 for the final price)

However, if you think that Alienware 15 does not have any fighting chance here, then you are wrong. Because Alienware has one thing EON17-X doesn?t have and it is the ability to deliver 4K quality resolution. Yes, because of its resolution of 3840 x 2160, Alienware totally beats EON17 without even breaking a sweat! EON17 only has a 1080p resolution while its contender has the latest and most awesome graphics ever. So this part of the match goes to Alienware.

Overall winner

If I have to be honest, it?s kind of hard to decide who would win on this EON17-X VS Alienware 15 gaming laptop battle. Both gaming rigs have something great to offer to their fans and both of them are actually capable of performing well even on the most demanding game today. EON17 may look like an overkill but you can also use it for different tasks like graphics designing or video editing (because of its high processing speed, high RAM and high video memory) while Alienware can also do some other tasks but not as extensive and demanding as graphics designing or something similar. So as for the conclusion, EON17-X is going to be our winner for this match.
