Eminem could appear in a new film soon. ?He could most likely work with two-time Academy Award winner Ron Howard and Danny DeVito from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. For all of Eminem fans who can?t hide their excitement on this, his former bodyguard, Byron “Big Naz” Williams, has some details to reveal.
Big Naz recently made an appearance in the Murder Master Music Show where he provided all the details about Eminem?s highly anticipated film. The former body guard shared that the movie will be based on the book titled Shady Bizzness: Life as Marshall Mathers’ Body Guard in an Industry of Paper Gangsters.
What?s even more surprising was Big Naz?s next revelation. He said he was the one who personally wrote the book. It documents the time he spent with his previous boss, the god of rap himself.
According to Big Naz, he is still waiting for the ink to be signed. He also admitted that it was the closest that he had ever been. His book was released on August 31, 2000.
Eminem first starred in a 2002 drama film, 8 Mile. He played the role of Jimmy “B-Rabbit” Smith. He starred alongside Kim Basinger, Taryn Manning, Michael Shannon, Anthony Mackie, Malik Barnhardt, Mekhi Phifer, Evan Jones, Oman Benson Miller, Eugene Byrd, Larry Hudson, Mike Bell, Chloe Greenfield, Allen Adams, Obie Trice and Xzibit.
8 Mile was directed by Curtis Hanson and was released in the big screens on Nov. 8, 2002. Scott Silver, who received an Academy Award nomination in 2011 for the original screenplay of The Fighter, wrote the film?s screenplay. The Fighter starred Mark Wahlberg, Christian Bale and Amy Adams.
Fans are still waiting for Eminem?s confirmation about the film his former bodyguard had discussed. In the meantime, we could all look forward to the release of his ninth studio album which remains untitled. It could show a collaboration with 50 Cent.
