Elder Scrolls 6 has been the topic of discussion yet again this year. There have been murmurs uttered here and there, but then again, no definite announcement has been released for this game. It might have been believable had it been Fallout 4 that was the topic of an announcement discussion, but with Elder Scrolls 6, the future is uncertain. There is a lot to be done and accomplished with regards to Elder Scrolls 6, and especially if the chronological order is to be followed.
However, it seems that the noise about Elder Scrolls 6 just won?t die down.
As per Gaming Bolt, the closest we?ve ever been to an honest-to-goodness announcement from Bethesda is an announcement that they?re possibly going to host their first ever E3 showing at June 14th. We also take a look into this What Culture article?a recollection of the biggest rumors pertaining to the game we all love to speculate about, and whether there would be an installment of it, or not.
E3 Reportedly for Bethesda?s next game
It is Gaming Bolt that aims to bring the shocker which we?ve all been waiting for.
Bethesda, being the developer of both the Fallout and the Elder Scrolls series, is reportedly bringing one or the other of the series to us this E3, as per Gaming Bolt. As it appears, there?s an event in which either Fallout 4 or Elder Scrolls 6 would appear; the E3 2015. It?s been a traditional venue for new games to make an announcement, or for almost finished games to give players a taste. This time, it might be Elder Scrolls 6 or Fallout 4 who makes an appearance.
There?s no definite link, however, that proves the authenticity of this report. As always, you should always keep a skeptical outlook. We would have to wait for Bethesda?s appearance or lack thereof at the E3 before we start formulating our own opinions.
All the Rumors we?ve Heard so far
Considering the amount of rumors that?d been thrown here and there, there?s no surprise about the amount collected by What Culture.
The collection ranges from the technical?about player (single- or multi-?) concerns to a whole lot of other issues like the name and the setting of the place. Some rumors pointed towards Elsweyr; others to Argonia. More recently, there had been whispers about a possible game setting being done in the Valenwood and Summerset Isle areas, although of course, nothing has been confirmed.
Will we get to see these rumors come to fruition? Somewhere among all the dubious claims could like a hint of prophetic truth. But the best source of all would be Bethesda, who has yet to make a clear announcement about this game.
Elder Scrolls 6 is coming?
The arrival of Elder Scrolls 6 over Fallout 4 seems imminent, if you?re going to take a look at these rumors and take them for gospel truth. However, it does pay to look at these at face value, since they?re not officially Bethesda?s announcements to begin with. Whether it?s going to be Fallout 4 or Elder Scrolls 6, the important thing here is one or the other franchise will be getting a follow-up.
