EGX 2016, UK?s biggest gaming event, has become the most unforgettable event because Square Enix has just unveiled a new 2D cinematic adventure game that?s mind blowingly awesome. Together with Throughline Games (Denmark), gamers are now looking forward to 2017 for “Forgotton Anne”. See game trailer below.
This Japanese anime inspired game “Forgotton Anne” will be made available globally on?PlayStation 4, PC (Steam), and Xbox One. It is reported to be a download only game. So what?s it about?
Imagine a place where everything that is lost and forgotten goes; old toys, letters, single socks. The Forgotten Realm is a magical world inhabited by Forgotlings, creatures composed of mislaid objects longing to be remembered again?
Somebody needs to keep the order in the Forgotten Realm and that?s your job as Anne, the enforcer. Anne goes on a mission to take down a rebellion to ensure that Bonku, her master and herself cam return to the human world.
You are definitely going to love the art and gameplay of Forgotton Anne, specially if you are a fan of Studio Ghibli films. It somewhat resembles a Ghibli film, whimsical and magical like Spirited Away – enough to keep you playing for hours. The trailer below opens to Anne, who wakes up to a chaos and then talks with her master about a quest. A footage of the gameplay is also featured. Watch it now.
