Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will be launching by the 25th of October. But prior to that, it will launch an open beta, according to Bandai Namco. The Open Beta, despite not having a confirmed date of release, will introduce players to the Conton City experience. Conton City is said to be the newest hub in the Dragonball Xenoverse 2 game. It is also said to be seven times larger than the previous hub.
In Conton City, players will be able to find new quests and challenges, train their characters, and shop for materials. Aside from the Open Beta, coming soon on Dragonball Xenoverse 2 is the new mode entitled ?Expert Mission? multiplayer. ?Expert Mission? can accommodate a maximum of six players to fight against the boss. These two features will surely make fans look forward to the upcoming release of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.
Also, Bandai Namco has promised that Xenoverse 2 will deliver more quests, challenges and missions compared to the previous series of the game. Some of these quests are highly related to the previous missions but with a twist on the fighting modes. Lastly, IGN reports that a new system in the game will control the drop of items. Players can actually choose their loot and costumes based on the player’s requirements.
Bandai Namco has also confirmed the character of Majin Vegeta will be joining Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. Meanwhile, Gamescom 2016 also introduced the first trailer of the Xenoverse 2 entitled ?Fight Together.? The new trailer introduces the gameplay and how players can team up in order to fight the elite ones.
Some of the key features introduced on Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 include ?Relive Dragon Ball Emblematic Events,? ?Exhalting Fights,? ?New Local and Online Battles,? ?A Year of Free Updates and New Content Awaits.? The game will launch in North America for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 platforms on the 25th of October, and on the 28th of October in Europe for Steam.
