Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 comes out in a few months and fans could not be more excited. The sequel seems to be a huge improvement over the original Xenoverse in every single way, with more of the city to explore and options to travel around it via flying. There’s no doubt that fans will purchase this title, but which version should they pre-order?
Each pre-order copy of the game comes with ?Goku Black? ? or ?Black Goku? or ?Black? ? so fans might be happy with whatever copy of the RPG/Fighting game hybrid they pick up. However, there are two unique editions of the game that come with their own special bonuses, should fans want them.
Fans who want the Deluxe Edition of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 can get early access to Future Trunks from Dragon Ball Super. This version of the game also comes with the Season Pass, giving fans access to new characters, skills, costumes and quests, some of which might be based on Dragon Ball Super. The season pass will cost US$29.99 for those who just want the base game, though they will have to wait if they want to use this version of Future Trunks.
There is also a Collector’s Edition of the game, which isn’t cheap by any means, but is something hardcore fans may have already pre-ordered. This version of the game comes with a steelcase, along with a statue of Goku in his first Super Saiyan form. It also comes with a Time Patroller’s guide, which is a fun bonus.
Anyone who wants what the game can offer should probably get the Deluxe Edition of the game since it has the Season Pass already. Plus, fans of the Dragon Ball Super anime can immediately relieve the fight between Future Trunks and Goku Black, and maybe even change the result of their bout. While the Collector’s Edition of the game is something hardcore fans would like, the lack of special content for the game drags it down a bit.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 comes out on PS4 and Xbox One on October 25, while the PC version comes out on October 28. Which version of the game will you guys be getting?
