Due to conflicting reports, fans have been wondering where the new mentors are in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. Since the mentors are free, it seemed like they would be part of the free update that added variations for SSGSS Goku and Hit. That isn’t the case though, as the five new mentors are in their own DLC pack, and yes it is free.
How To Get Them
All fans have to do is go to the PSN store or Xbox Live to find the free Master Pack. The DLC adds Android 16, Bardock, Cooler, Future Gohan and Whis as masters in the game. YouTube user and Dragon Ball fan Rhymestyle has posted a video to show fans who are still confused.
Now players have to find them in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. This is also relatively easy, so players can relax and not have to worry about spending anything. Players merely have to look at the in-game map and see that there are five new mentor marks in it. Each one is one of the mentors and all of them are easy enough to fly and find.
Hit as a mentor is only available in the premium DLC pack, which adds Cabba and Frost. The thousand-year-old assassin has some of the best moves in the game, so he should be worth the purchase. Plus, the DLC also adds more costumes and Parallel Quests.
Most of the master fights in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 are relatively easy. However, the same cannot be said for these fights, as some of them are actually pretty difficult. Some of them have very aggressive AI, like Future Gohan and Cooler. Others have moves that are a bit hard to hit, like Whis and Android 16.
Players are advised to bring potions since they might lose a lot of health. Still, the reward is worth it since these are some of the best moves in the game.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is available now on the PS4, Xbox One and Windows PC. For those wondering, the PC update and DLC will come out on a later date. ?
