After a few reports, the first Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 DLC pack has officially been announced. The game has been a huge success with fans of the anime, so more content is welcome. Even better is the fact that some of the content is free. However, some fans were initially confused with what will be free and what will be paid for.
Paid DLC will include the two new characters from Dragon Ball Super, along with new Parallel Quests. Meanwhile, the free content will include two new variations of characters that are already in the game. In addition to all of that, there will also be content that is exclusive to Bandai Namco’s VIP members.
Bandai Namco has confirmed that the first Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 DLC Pack will have Cabbe and Frost. It seems like Frost will already be in his final form, while Cabbe will be able to turn into a Super Saiyan. New Parallel Quests, costumes and attacks have been confirmed, plus ?much more.?
From what can be seen, it looks like Frost will have an ultimate move based on his poisonous tip. As for Cabbe, his Ultimate moves are already in the game: Super Galick Gun and Full Power Energy Wave.
The free update will add new costumes, skills and the previously teased Frieza raid. Evil Yamcha will also be a Raid Boss, which should be fun. In addition to these, we will also see new variations for Hit and SSGSS Goku.
Hit will have a transformation and a few new attacks. This will make fans want to play as the Assassin even more. SSGSS Goku will soon have a variation where he can use Kaioken. His combination of the SSGSS transformation and the Kaioken technique allowed him to beat Hit in the anime.
Sadly, the five teachers mentioned in a previous report will only be for Bandai Namco VIP members. These players will be able to learn new moves from the following characters:
- Android 16
- Future Gohan
Fans will be able to get the paid and free Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 DLC on December 20. It’s like an early Christmas gift for fans of Akira Toriyama’s creation. ?
