Fans are going to be very happy with Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 DLC pack 3, scheduled for an April release. It was confirmed that we would be getting Super Saiyan Rose’ Goku Black, Zamasu, and Bojack as playable characters. Fans wondering where Super Saiyan Blue Vegito and Merged Zamasu are, they will likely be in the final DLC pack.

All three characters were confirmed by a Japanese magazine scan, which was shown in this video by UnrealEntGaming. Said scan confirms that SSR Goku Black will have his own unique moves, unlike the pre-order version of the character. This is the DLC pack fans have been waiting for and they will get it sometime next month.

Every (Super Saiyan) Rose Has It’s Thorns

Aside from the three characters, we don’t know what else will be in the upcoming Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 DLC. If anything, it proves that the recent datamining of the game was correct, minus the two unannounced fighters. The scan also shows Bojack in Conton City, so he will be a mentor who can share his moves.

Expect SSR Goku Black to be a favorite in the online scene, since he’s always been a fan favorite. While an evil version of Goku sounds dumb, the character’s debut was a frightening one and his fights were stellar. Zamasu is also an interesting character and it will be interesting to see what type of moves he has.

Other Content

While the three characters are nice, the rest of the upcoming Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 DLC is pretty vague. As of this writing, we don’t know what costumes will be debuting or the amount of moves players can learn. Bojack as a mentor means there will be four new moves, but it’s not clear if there will be more.

Fans are hoping that Goku Black’s attire becomes attainable via the DLC, since it’s a cool looking outfit. Super Saiyan Rage Trunks is a character/transformation fans are also hoping to see, given it’s importance in the arc. It looks like he will be in DLC Pack 4, along with an additional campaign for the Future Trunks arc.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is available now on PS4, Xbox One and PC, with a Switch version coming as well. Fans that have purchased the season pass can use Cabba, Frost, Champa and Vados. They can also play the Universe 6 story expansion, adding more replayability to the game.
