Donald Trump revealed his solution to ensure cyber security. While at his Mar-a-Lago New Year?s Eve party, the president-elect said that he prefers snail mail over sending emails.

The billionaire businessman and soon-to-be 45th president of the United States of America expounded on the issue last weekend. He emphasized that ?no computer is safe,? so sending mail via courier is one way to ensure privacy.

Courier versus online mail

?If you have something really important, write it out and have it delivered,? he said. Even though it is old-fashioned, Donald Trump reasoned that security is a ?top priority? in his incoming administration.

The 70-year-old used his youngest son, Barron Trump, as an example. ?I have a boy who?s 10 years old,? the father-of-five said as per People. ?He can do anything with a computer.?

Donald Trump said snail mail ensures that something goes out ?without detection.?

Russian cyber attacks

The issue was raised amid ongoing investigations of U.S. intelligence agencies on Russian cyberattacks. The online invasion allegedly interfered with the U.S. elections last November 2016.

Several officials have accused Russian hackers of prying on top Democratic leaders. This supposedly influenced the results of the last elections and caused Democrat candidate Hillary Clinton to lose.

Before agreeing with the findings of intelligence personnel, the president-elect said he wants to be very sure first. He pressed for actual evidence of hacking done by Russian cyber criminals.

?I just want them to be sure, because it?s a pretty serious charge,? Donald Trump said. The accusations may also allegedly be unfair towards the Russians, so he wants to be very certain before taking the next steps.

Donald Trump familiar with cyber crimes?

Aside from Donald Trump discouraging the use of email and how couriered messages are better, he admitted to knowing certain things about cyber security.

?I know a lot about hacking,? he revealed.

The multi-industry tycoon said that hacking is a very hard thing to prove. This is supposedly why he wants to be satisfied with investigations first prior to throwing claims versus Russia. ?It could be somebody else,? Donald Trump said.

He also cryptically added that he knows things that others don?t know. ?They cannot be sure of the situation,? the incoming president of America said.
