The team from Quantic Dream still has a long way to go on their Detroit Become Human release. One of the main characters in the game has finished a major step last February 11. This final take marks the completion of the recording of the game’s motion capture scene.
A Twitter post from Quantic Dream showed that the the last motion capture shot for the character Kara was finished last February 11. Valorie Curry, an American actress, plays the role of Kara for Detroit Become Human.
The actress also posted on Instagram about this latest project. She said that “this birthday present was going to be tough to top.” She also showed the mask she used during the whole recording process. She even explained how the mask worked during the shooting.
Detroit Become Human release date still has no confirmation , but the Quantic Dream team is slowly progressing in the development of the game. Since the reveal of the project during Paris Games Week 2015, fans have been waiting for the female robot to have her debut. Of course, the reveal would exclusively be for the PlayStation 4 platform.
Curry has also played several roles in movies and television apart from being the face of the game’s lead character Kara. One of the most memorable roles she portrayed is the vampire protagonist Charlotte in Twilight Breaking Dawn.
Several other movies also featured Curry in their cast. These movies include the American Pastoral with Ewan McGregor and The Blair Witch Project. Furthermore, the Veronica Mars television series gave her the role as Emma and was also well-recognized.
Once again, there is still no news as to when the Detroit Become Human release date will be. But PlayStation 4 owners would definitely have the privilege to have their hands on this game first.
This action-adventure game is directed by David Cage. Cage has also directed other hit games such as Heavy Rain and Fahrenheit. Furthermore, Cage also founded Quantic Dream. The game is published by Sony Interactive Entertainment.
