Destiny: Xur’s Inventory for March 11-13

By on

Every Friday in Destiny, the mysterious agent of the nine: Xur, returns to the tower with exotic black market goodies for you. More often than not, his collection leaves players empty, hollow and wishing for a better deal. Let?s hope our favorite black-market agent managed to get a better deal for us this week.

This week, Xur can be found in the bar, looking for some…action. Spoiler: he cuts a lonely figure as soon as people get to know he is not selling their favorite weapon/armour.

Xur shows up every Friday at 5 a.m. ET and departs on Sunday at 5 a.m. Here?s what he has for you this week:

Legacy Engram [Helmet Engram] ? 31SC

An Insurmountable Skullfort [Exotic Titan helmet] ? 13SC

Achlyophage Symbiote [Exotic Hunter helmet] ? 13SC

Heart of the Praxic Fire [Exotic Warlock chest armour] ? 13SC

Exotic engram [Helmet] ? 19SC

Three of Coins ? 7SC

Glass Needle ? 3SC

If you?re short on strange coins and can only pick up a solitary item, go for Warlock Chest Armour Heart of Praxic Fire. The chestpiece grants your grenade regeneration a boost and a good Warlock knows how important extra grenades can prove to be in both PvP and PvE.

You?ll need a healthy amount of strange coins to buy items from Xur. Destiny?s last major expansion, ?The Taken King?, removed weekly heroic strikes from the game; they used to reward the player with strange coins for completing them. Now, strange coins are earned by completing strikes and competing in the Crucible. So keep your stash of strange coins ready every Friday because you never know what Xur might have in store this week.

Xur is the only merchant in the game that sells the Three of coins and Glass needles. The ?Three of coins? were introduced in Destiny with the ?Taken King? and it increases your chance of getting ?exotics? after defeating bosses in the game. Glass needles allow you to re-roll perks on your weapons. Both the consumables are of high value.

Legacy Engrams, when decrypted, turns into an item from Destiny Year 1. This item is mostly used by people looking to complete their item collection.
