Dark Souls 3 The Ringed City DLC features new weapons, enemies, bosses and other content in this title. Early players revealed the Demon In Pain, Demon From Below, and the two forms of the Demon Prince boss fights. Here’s how to beat the new Dark Souls 3 DLC boss.
Recently, known Dark Souls Youtuber VaatiVidya revealed four of the Dark Souls 3 The Ringed City DLC bosses. At some deep hole in the new areas of the Dark Souls 3 DLC, players will meet the two Demon bosses named “Demon in Pain” and “Demon From Below”. After defeating these two, the last defeated boss will blaze up and become the “Demon Prince” boss.
Two Demons Fight
As VaatiVidya puts it, fighting with the camera is the toughest part about this boss battle. Aside from these tag team boss enemies penalizing a misstep by corning the player, you’ll be rendered unaware of what’s happening because of the bad camera angles. Players ought to be careful and watchful to avoid getting killed fast in this fight.
Both of the bosses have a similar form and moveset. The bosses also have a charged state where their attacks explode with fire and a regular state where they spew poison instead. Players are advised to deal the damage during their regular state.
Two Demon Prince versions
The next Demon Prince boss fight will start after defeating the last Demon in the previous boss fight. The next boss will spring to life from the corpse of the defeated Demon. The Demon Prince boss will have a different moveset according to the first Demon boss you’ve defeated.
The “Demon in Pain” version shoots a flame lasers that deal strong damage on hit. Meanwhile, the “Demon From Below” version shoots homing flames toward the player that can also demolish cover. It’s a matter of picking your poison during this boss fight. Wearing a Black Knight Shield and blocking its attacks will make this bossfight easy to beat.
