Dance Moms Season 7 Update: Gianna Martello Shares What it’s Like to Teach Former ALDC Member Maddie Ziegler

Ever since Abby Lee Miller confirmed Dance Moms Season 7, a lot has been said about the show and its apparent shaky stand on the Lifetime network. Rumors hounded not only the show, but Miller?s run-in with the authorities for fraud. Not only that, Chloe Lukasiak?s possible return on the show made rounds online.

But that?s the show and Abby Miller and the case of Chloe Lukasiak. This time around, a rare and profound interview with Dance Moms teacher Gianna Martello revealed how it?s like to coach elite Dance Moms member Maddie Ziegler. During the time Miller went on leave on the show, it was Martello who took the reins and guided the dancers. Now, on Dance Moms Season 7, she said ?I had privates with her [Maddie] long before the show started and I still have a standing private with her. She always finds time to come in. Maddie can read into my brain about what I want to portray into a routine. Her mind looks deeper and finds the detail.”

Gianna Martello has been teaching Maddie since Kindergarten until her last day on Dance Moms Season 6. She said she still works with Maddie and her sister Mackenzie, but not as often as it was before. Meanwhile, Martello revealed, Dance Moms Season 7 is looking to two new potential stars, mainly Brynn Rumfallo where she said ?Brynn is an amazing addition to the team. She?s very versatile and we needed a new strong team member.” The other one is newcomer Liliana Ketchman from the mini team, which Martello believes will make a big impact on the show.

Martello began working for Dance Moms while she was still still in college. She worked day and night until the show [Dance Moms] picked up and put them right where they are now.
