A marriage proposal during a concert of the Coldplay tour is perhaps the most romantic way to propose ever and that?s bound to reap a Yes. Just make sure that frontman Chris Martin won?t botch it up. That?s exactly what just happened recently when he brought the wrong woman up to the stage.
Coldplay concerts have become the favorite proposal location of several couples. But a botched engagement at a show in Melbourne over the weekend may make you think twice now. It clearly looks like Martin is still not getting the hang of facilitating these things.

Martin pulled a woman on stage only to realize that she is not the girl a man is proposing to. The ?wrong woman? made it clear that she is not the man?s girlfriend. Martin laughed and said, “Oh, you’re not the person he’s proposing to? Then what the f*** are you doing here?” The obvious joke sent the crowd into laughter.
But Martin evidently had no intention to bring the wrong woman on stage or to embarrass anyone. Before letting the wrong girl go, he thanked her for coming anyway. The woman immediately got off the stage, and then the right girl came from nowhere.
The man started giving his speech. He shared a bit of their love story to the crowd. He said, ?So in the midst of Coldplay, my new best friend Chris, and all the people here in Melbourne I just want to say I love you.?
The man bent down on one knee to offer a ring to his girlfriend. Streams of confetti fell down around the stadium. In spite of the slight mistake, it turned out to be a successful marriage proposal. The couple kissed and hugged and wedding bells are surely ringing for the two. Watch the video of the marriage proposal below.
