Clash of Clans Update

While everyone is waiting for the next Clash of Clans update, game developer Supercell has announced a balancing patch for the game. The company confirmed that its popular mobile game will get a balancing update this August before the next major patch. From cannon damage to Eagle Artillery nerf and balancing changes in Miners, the upcoming patch is bringing some significant changes to the game.

On its official blog, the company suggests that the company is rolling out a balancing patch ahead of its major Clash of Clans update which is expected to arrive in September. Supercell has not shared any specific details related to the upcoming major update, but it has revealed what?s coming in the patch for players.

The new balancing patch will increase the cannon damage for level 11 to 14. According to Supercell, it is working on a solution to counter mass attack of medium-sized units. As of now, the developer is filling the gap by increasing the cannon damage for certain levels.

Another balancing change coming with the Clash of Clans update will help attackers. Players can deploy more troops before the Eagle Artillery gets activated. According to the company, it has made this change to give players more flexibility before they start attacking.

Supercell has also reduced the movement speed for Miners. According to the company, the game currently gives Miners high speed which creates an unbalance in the game as it makes them too fast. The new patch will address this issue. Additionally, the Healers will now be able to trigger air traps, the company confirmed.

The new patch will likely create a foundation for the upcoming Clash of Clans update. The new update is expected to feature many balancing changes and some new content as well. It seems that the company was expected to launch the next major update this month, but there?s a big chance that the new update will arrive next month.
