Cheese in the Trap Webtoon

July 17?s release of Cheese in the Trap webtoon episode 64: Battle (2) was like watching an action thriller. The scene opens with a pervert/thief inside Seol?s apartment, rummaging through her things, looking for something worth stealing.

After hanging out and drinking, Seol?s friends, Eun Taek and Bora together with Jung, Inho and Seol?s brother, Joon, promise to help her pack and hang out some more. As they walk on the alley to her apartment, fans, at this point, start feeling apprehensive for the scenes that are about to happen. They know that the pervert/thief is trouble and that something bad is about to happen.

Seol insists that she needs to tidy up for the guests and goes ahead of them. All alone, Seol encounters the pervert/thief with her money and laptop at the top of the stairs leading to her apartment door. Poor Seol gets pushed down the stairs and taunted by the pervert/ thief. Fans react: Come on Seol! Scream! Call Jung and Inho! But because of the fall, she has a hard time breathing.

For some strange (but exciting!) reason, Jung senses the trouble and confronts the pervert/thief. The thief kicks Seol towards Jung and runs off. Outside Inho hears Jung scream ?get him!? and realizes that the thief is on the run. The pervert/thief is caught hiding inside Seol?s apartment and Inho throws him out and pushes him to the ground. Still reluctant to surrender, the thief throws sand at Inho?s eyes and manages to escape yet again. Jung, Inho, and Euntek run after him.

Just when the thief thinks he is safe, Jung goes behind him with a serious dark aura. The episode ends with Jung?s hand on the thief?s head, shoving him to a wall perhaps to explain the eerie last panel with thwack on it.

Cheese in the Trap – Jung

For Cheese in the Trap episode 65, fans predict that Jung?s dark side will be exposed. We?ve seen hints before that as a kid and throughout his life he has been surrounded by people who would use him because of his kindness and status in life. Rarely would he encounter people with no ulterior motives. Since Seol is precious to him and now somebody has hurt her, fans are guessing this event could actually make him blow. Just how bad can Jung get if pushed to his limits? Did he kill the thief? Slowly and hopefully, as we know more about Jung?s character and what goes on in his mind, he will be humanized instead of being suspected as a psychopath in the making.
