Country star Carrie Underwood is freaking out over Patrick Stewart?s tweet about her.

In an?Us Weekly?interview, Underwood shared that she has a huge crush on?Sir Patrick Stewart. “?Always have, always will,” she explained in Us Weekly?s feature called ?25 Things You Don?t Know About Me?.

The?75-year old English actor, known for his role as Jean-Luc Picard?in?Star Trek: The Next Generation?and as Professor Charles Xavier in the?X-Men film series, heard about it and responded on Twitter.

Stewart posted a snapshot of the magazine page on Wednesday, October 28, with a funny caption and shout out to the country singer. ?@carrieunderwood?s words excite me more than the solid results of my recent bone density scan,? Stewart?captioned the shot?on Twitter.

?FREAKING OUT RIGHT NOW!!! HE KNOWS I?M ALIVE!!!!!!!? Underwood?wrote, retweeting Stewart?s post.

Underwood also reveals her quirks and other trivia in the Us feature like how she loves the smell of skunk, that she drives like a grandma, is directionally challenged and constantly gets lost, her membership in the Jonathan Taylor Thomas?fan club in seventh grade, and that her parents almost named her Stacy.

The last thing on the list: ?If I could have one superpower, I would choose the power of teleportation. Travel these days is so stressful. Beam me up, Scotty!? she wrote, a catchphrase associated with Star Trek.

The 75-year-old Stewart married his third wife, Sunny Ozell, in 2013, while Underwood had her first child, Isaiah, in February with her husband Mike Fisher of the Nashville Predators.

Underwood?s new album ?Storyteller? is now out and she is set to perform at this year?s “New Year’s Rockin’ Eve” in Times Square. Promotions for her fifth studio album will kick off by early 2016.

“I can’t wait to play new music from Storyteller for the fans,” she said in a statement according to New York Daily News. ?I am so blessed to have this career and get to do to the things I do, but there is nothing like that moment when I get to step onto the stage to sing and all the fans are singing along with me.
