Black Clover Anime Release Date & Cast Updates: 2017 Adaptation to be Produced by Studio Pierrot

Yuki Tabata’s Black Clover ?anime release date is confirmed to have a series adaptation. The announcement for a Black Clover series?came out during the Jump Festa 20196 at Makuhari Messe center in Chiba City. Shueisha also surprised Black Clovers manga readers when they announced that Studio Pierrot will be responsible for the animation.

Known to anime fans to massively produce filler episodes, Studio Pierrot still appears to be a competitive animator. Some of the most popular anime series they?ve produced are Naruto, Bleach, Tokyo Ghoul and Beelzebub. The list also includes Yu Yu Hakusho and Great Teacher Onizuka.

During the event that happened on December 17 & 18 in Tokyo, manga publisher Shueisha also shared a special promotional video. This serves as a good teaser for the new TV anime series since it features great animation. Click here to watch the original video animation of the teaser.

With regards to the staff and the cast, the publisher did not make any official announcements yet. This goes the same with the Black Clover anime 2017 release date.

The Black Clover creator, Tabata, also presented his style and skills in drawing manga during the Jump Festa 2016. In addition, the stage also provided some photographs of the manga artist’s work station.

Black Clover: a Quick Tour

Orphans Asta and Yuno grew up in a church in Clover Kingdom, a place where Magical Power is abundant. Born as a prodigy, Yuno has enormous magical powers while Asta grows up without any.

Yuno takes full control of his magical powers while Asta focuses on building up his physical strength. Both train hard to compete with each other and to prove who can be Clover Kingdom’s Wizard King. Surprisingly, Asta brings out a hidden magical power within himself. The journey of the two foster brothers begin after Asta’s discoveries of his “Anti-magic” power. The manga series is also published in the Weekly Shonen Jump by Shueisha.
