Fans are waiting for the Bioshock Remaster Collection, which is expected to hit the Xbox One and PS4 soon. From ESRB ratings last month to a website listing of a Bioshock Remaster, it looks a collection containing the original Bioshock, Bioshock 2 and Bioshock: Infinite might be announced anytime soon.

Last month, Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) shared the details of Bioshock Remaster Collection and said that a compilation of last-gen titles is coming to PS4 and Xbox One. The listing was removed later, but Gematsu managed to capture the details. According to the site, the ESRB listing states, ?This is a collection of three first-person shooters in which players assume the role of characters uncovering the mysteries behind the dystopian societies of Rapture and Columbia. As players explore each city, they use shotguns, machine guns, rivet guns, and rocket launchers to kill mutated citizens and enemy soldiers. Players can also use special powers (e.g., telekinesis, fire blasts, electric bolts) to kill enemies as well as a three-pronged hook to dismember and decapitate them. Large blood-splatter effects occur as enemies are injured; pools of blood can be seen around corpses.?

Another listing appeared on the website Raru, suggesting that the Bioshock Remaster Collection is coming to Xbox One and PS4. According to a report by Forbes, the online retailer also gave a release date for the Bioshock Collection, but it turned out to be false.

Although the developer has not officially confirmed the collection, the Bioshock remaster would certainly look stunning once it arrives on the current-gen consoles. Those old-gen games would look perfectly amazing with improved graphics and audio. As the franchise has yet to see any current-gen release, a Bioshock Remaster Collection will certainly help satisfy the fans? craving until a new game in the series releases.
