JoJo Fletcher tells Us magazine in its latest issue that ?dieting is hard for me, I love food too much.? She goes on to say that ?I love Mexican food and truffle mac n? cheese ? anything cheesy!? The 25-year old looker does say that she tries to eat healthier now, trying to cook more as she gets older.
Aside from diet tips, JoJo likewise gave some fitness tips for those who want to have an awesome body, according to Hollywood Life. The reality TV star says that ?Now I go to the gym a couple times a week. I do a lot of cardio, like the StairMaster and spin classes.?
