The Bachelorette 2016 cast members Luke Pell and Chase McNary missed a chance to be Jojo Fletcher?s future husband. However, the two might return to ABC since both are reportedly being considered for The Bachelor 2017.
In one of the most painful eliminations in The Bachelorette 2016, Chase was dumped by Jojo right in the middle of their fantasy suite date. ?Although he initially had an unpleasant reaction to his elimination, the 27-year-old medical sales rep went back during the rose ceremony to apologize to Jojo.
Now, the former contestant confirmed with Entertainment Tonight that there are currently discussions for him to be at the helm of the reality dating competition?s male counterpart. However, Chase admitted that he is not completely sure about taking on the challenge. ?
?There [are] a lot of expectations, and I?m not scared of it ? but I definitely want to make the smart decision and the right decision before I totally accept that position,? he said.
An audience favorite throughout The Bachelorette 2016, Luke Pell also shared that he is open to joining The Bachelor 2017. The 31-year-old war veteran was also among Jojo?s final four contenders alongside Chase.
?It?s a possibility,? he said. ?I definitely would not pass on it!?
The Bachelorette 2016 Jojo was asked about the possibility of having her two former suitors as the next Bachelor. ?Both extremely good-looking, but besides that they are great guys,? the 25-year-old Texan beauty said.
The Bachelorette 2016 is currently down to its final two suitors: Jordan Rodgers and Robby Hayes. Even though the finale is not until next week, there have already been a lot of speculations that Jojo will end up with Jordan. Aside from the two?s undeniable chemistry, rumors began circulating due to the revelation that the pro football player already personally knew JoJo before The Bachelorette 2016 started.
While Jordan?s past with Jojo somewhat gives him an advantage, the female lead?s closeness Robby that was evident during the previous episode still makes it possible for the hunky model and sales rep to be this season?s winner.
