Just like in comics, some characters don?t stay dead, but is this rumor be really true?
Despite the third Avengers film is still in the works, a lot of info have been spreading around the internet, and one of the interesting tidbits is the return of a dead Avenger. Yep, that?s right, there are news that Quicksilver might be returning from the dead. As reports stating the director Josh Weadon will be bringing Quicksilver back for the first part of Avengers: Infinity Wars, we all know that Quicksilver died in Age of Ultron after trying to protect Hawkeye from a hail of bullets.
Avengers 3 Cast Rumours
Aaron Taylor-Johnson, the actor that portrays Quicksilver, spilled that Marvel designed a costume for him if he did not die in Age of Ultron, so meaning it was a last minute decision to kill off Quicksilver and he is expected to return for the third Avengers movie.
Another info has surfaced where a plot for the third movie was already in development, rumors has it that in Avengers: Infinity Wars, Quicksilver will be revived with an elixir called the Terrigen Mist, a substance that is heavily related to the Inhumans. With the Terrigen Mist, Quicksilver will gain the ability to travel around time. This plot is quick similar that from the comic book version where Quicksilver was depowered (lost his super speed abilities) during the events of House of M where the Scarlet Witch has depowered almost the entire mutant population.
It would be an interesting plot if they will use the Terrigen Mist in Avengers: Infinity Wars, as it is a great introduction to the lore of the Inhumans as it will be also getting a theatrical treatment right after the end of phase three of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Be sure to watch out for the two-part Avengers: Infinity Wars as it hit theaters on May 4, 2018 while the second movie is scheduled on May 3, 2019
