The previous episode of Asia’s Next Top Model was a sigh of relief as it only recapped the entire cycle and showed never-before-seen footages, giving fans a break from another elimination. But this week, the race resumes and another lady is saying goodbye. While the show has yet to air the 11th episode, we might already know who that is, thanks to a new batch of spoilers that surfaced recently. If you want a heads up on what’s going to happen, keep reading!

Episode 11 Elimination

The results page of the show’s Wikipedia profile has been updated and it reveals that Shikin, Malaysia’s bet will be sent home next episode. The 24-year-old aspiring model has been a strong contender and fan favorite since the beginning of the season. She has won just one challenge so far (Episode 7), but her fierce and striking look hasn’t brought her down to the bottom two yet. It looks like her first time will double as her last one if the page is accurate.

The previous leak, which we reported earlier here at The Bitbag, indicated that Shikin will be one of the top 3 ladies of the current cycle. If the Malaysian beauty indeed says goodbye this Wednesday, it means another contestant will replace her in the rankings. According to the latest leak, that could be Clara, Indonesia’s remaining bet. In fact, she’ll even win the next challenge.

The page hasn’t listed the photo shoot theme for Episode 11 yet, but the last leak suggested it would be a Maybelline Make it Happen Commercial. Scores haven’t been disclosed either. However, it claims Tu will get the second spot, to be followed by Cindy and Maureen. This episode would be the second time the Filipina has landed on the bottom two.

Meanwhile, Episode 12, to be aired next week, will see Taiwan’s Cindy getting axed from the competition, leaving Clara, Maureen, and Tu as the final three ladies vying to become Asia’s Next Top Model. Maureen will bring home the bacon in the finale and Tu and Clara will be the second and third runner-ups, respectively.

Check out Cycle 5’s alleged call out order below:

The youngest of the group, 18-year-old Maureen has faced harsh criticisms from her fellow contestants for being just “a pretty face with no skills.” As previously noted, she’s been in the modeling industry for only around 3 years now which is comparably a shorter time than the other AsNTM models. But the German-Filipina fired back at the comment, proving that she, too, has what it takes to be in the show by winning a few challenges.

If she would really win this season, it’d be a huge slap in the face for those who belittled her. She would also be making history by becoming the first Filipina to gun the AsNTM title. We can recall the Philippines ended on the third spot in the first cycle with Stephanie Retuya while Cycle 2’s Katarina Rodriguez and Jodilly Pendre were just runner-ups in the subsequent season. Such was also the case with Monika Sta. Maria who ranked behind Ayu Gani in Cycle 3.

Then again, we cannot really confirm the aforementioned leak until the last episode airs. Plus, as Wikipedia’s own disclaimer states, anyone who wishes to post information on its pages can easily add or edit the contents, so we advise taking the claims with a healthy grain of salt.  In the meantime, let us know what your predictions are for
