The Ashley Madison hack by the ?Impact Team? has revealed countless people who patronized the website to ?have an affair? and cheat on their wife.

Users of the website can easily be traced via inputting their email address on websites created by the ?Impact Team?. While some of the names that appear on the website were reportedly bogus, the Ashley Madison hack also included credit card information which resulted to 100% guaranteed verification of its users.

Here are some of the famous people who have been alleged and admitted to using the ?cheating website?:

Jason Dor?

Jason Dore

The names of several politicians and government employees were reported to have been dug out from the Ashley Madison database. Among them is Jason Dor? the executive director of the Republican Party of Louisiana.

In a report by People, the seasoned lawyer defended himself saying that the $175.98 subscription under his name was only created to research his opposition:

?As the state?s leading opposition research firm, our law office routinely searches public records, online databases and websites of all types to provide clients with comprehensive reports.?

Jeff Ashton

Jeff Ashton

Another prominent government employee whose name has been revealed is Jeff Ashton. Ashton is a Florida state attorney who is well-known for his work on the infamous 2011 Casey Anthony murder trial where he acted as prosecutor.

In a report by WFTV Orlando, the lawyer admitted to having owned the account:

?I hope the public will judge me on my 35 years of service, and not a bad mistake.?

Ashton also said he never physically cheated and never broke any laws. He also declared that he has no intention of stepping down from his position.

Josh Duggar

Josh Duggar is a political activist, car salesman, and a television personality most known for his appearance on the reality television show 19 Kids and Counting. The 27-year-old celebrity confessed to spending $986.76 for two Ashley Madison subscriptions from February 2013 to May 2015.

Duggar admitted to viewing pornographic material in addition to having subscriptions to Ashley Madison:

?I have been the biggest hypocrite ever. While espousing faith and family values, I have secretly over the last several years been viewing pornography on the internet and this became a secret addiction and I became unfaithful to my wife? I am so ashamed of the double life that I have been living and am grieved for the hurt, pain and disgrace my sin has caused my wife and family, and most of all Jesus and all those who profess faith in Him.?

Just earlier this year, Duggar was revealed to have been involved in sexual misconduct as a teenager. In the scandal, he has allegedly molested five girls, four of which are his sisters.

Josh Taekman

According to a report by E! Online, many fans of the series are already speculating that this might be the breaking point in his problematic marriage with Kristen Taekman.

Contrary to this report, Josh released a statement saying that his wife will be staying by his side:

?I signed up for the site foolishly and ignorantly with a group of friends and I deeply apologize for any embarrassment of pain I have brought to my wife and family. We both look forward to moving past this and getting on with our lives.?

Sam Rader

Sam Rader

Sam Rader is a Texas-based Christian YouTube celebrity who stars alongside his wife in their channel.

Recently, Rader released a video confessing to having an Ashley Madison account following the website?s fallout. To his defense, he explained that the account was made prior to the creation of their YouTube channel. He also said that he had already solved this problem with the help of his wife and their church:

?This is an issue that is in our past. This was before I got onto YouTube? ?I brought this to my church at the time ? this was brought to my wife?s attention, she has forgiven me for this mistake that I?ve made in opening the account.?

Rader said he never had an affair with anyone despite having an account.
