A second chance leads to tying the knot? Rumor has it that fans might be seeing Oliver and Felicity marrying each other in the upcoming Arrow Season 5. This was after the couple parted ways in the previous installment.
Oliver and Felicity have been tested by so many challenges when they were still together. But in the fourth season, it was evident that the lovers couldn?t take any more while being together. The last season concluded with a hint that there might still be a chance for the two to find their way back into love.
So hang on ?Olicity? fans, a happy ending for the two is still possible.
It should be noted that some members of the team might not be suiting up anew. Report of Movie News Guide revealed that some characters decided to take a rest while others have already hung their capes. So, it?s just Oliver and Felicity left on deck. This gives everyone a hint that a better development with the two?s relationship is coming in Arrow Season 5.
The series? star Stephen Amell has previously spilled some beans about the forthcoming fifth installment of the show. According to Amell, new villains will be unveiled in the series aside from Bratva and another DC vigilante.
Meanwhile, Comicbook is predicting that a wedding ceremony between Oliver and Felicity will be happening in the forthcoming series. Amell even bared the possibility of the marriage. This will be the real one as opposed to the fake proposal Amell?s character did in the 4th season.
In a Wizard World Philadelphia panel, the actor cleared that he knows nothing definite so far. He said that there are a lot of twists that happened in the previous show, including the surprise death of Laurel Lance. This was probably one of the reasons why the relationship of Oliver and Felicity was not fixed at the end of the show.
Despite no clear confirmation about the marriage, the rumors are enough to keep everyone, especially ?Olicity? fans, waiting for Arrow Season 5 to see for themselves if the wedding will finally be taking place.
The series will be releasing on March 23, 2017.
