Arrow And Flash Crossover Spoilers: ?Legendary Couple? To Make An Appearance, Release Date Confirmed

Here is some good news for Flash and Arrow fans as the two shows will be integrating or a 2-episode crossover special this December. And this time, they have a ‘legendary couple’ as their company.

According to Realty Today, Executive producer Marc Guggenheim posted the first photo of the Arrow-Flash team up on his Twitter with a very exciting caption, “This year?s Arrow-Flash crossover is only 3 weeks away! #TheFlash #Arrow

The photo includes Arrow’s Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell), Thea Queen (Willa Holland), Laurel Lance (Katie Cassidy) and Diggle (David Ramsey), with The Flash Barry Allen (Grant Gustin). The photo also includes ‘Legends of Tomorrow’ couple Hawkman (Falk Hentschel) and Hawkgirl (Ciara Renee).

The crossover will introduce the characters of another DC spinoff which will be launched on January, also on CW.? According to moviepilot, the plot would involve the superheroes fighting the character Vandal Savage, an immortal supervillain who has been around since the Stone Age. Savage is rumored to be the major villain in the ‘Legends of Tomorrow.’

Victor Garber who plays Dr. Stein on Legends of Tomorrow offered some scoop abound in an interview.

When asked about what he can preview about the crossover that will set up LoT, Garber assured fans that the events that will unfold are ?all part of the same world? that will eventually ?lead-up to the premiere of Legends.? He relates that by the time the crossover episode lands, he?s certain that followers of the DC comics will be ?really excited and ready for it?.

Meanwhile, The Flash actress Candice Patton, has confirmed that her character, Iris West, will be MIA on the said episode. ?[Iris] is not involved at all in the crossovers that we have explored thus far,? reported VC Post.

The crossover episode between ‘The Flash’ and ‘Arrow’ will take place on December 1 and 2, respectively. The episodes will serve as a penultimate episode for both series before their respective mid-season finales.
