Surely you will be glad to know that Apple has started rolling out updates of iTunes U in order to allow you to create and update courses.

The new version of iTunes U app includes the ability ?for teachers to create and update their courses, and for students, it will provide them with course outlines, allow them to write posts, distribute assignments, upload class materials, easily track participating students, and more.

In the new version, students participating in private courses will be given an easier way to pose questions on the course, or any post or assignment. Aside from this, those students who are in the class can jump into the discussion and ask more questions or provide answers.
