Next up is Apple which is rumored to be holding an event to unveil their latest products. The company has been tight lipped about their upcoming media event which is rumored to be scheduled this March which have many people wondering what they are actually up to. - It Will Be Happening the Week of March 21, Not March 15 ? While early reports had the schedule of the Apple media event to be March 15, the latest update provided by MacRumors is that the event will actually be scheduled a week later. This is also being reported by Re/code and a Korean website Underkg.
- Apple is Releasing a 9.7-inch iPad Pro, not the iPad Air 3 ? Rumors that Apple is working on a new iPad product surfaced last year and many insiders claimed that it would be the next generation of the iPad Air. That rumor has since been debunked as 9to5Mac has reported that the new iPad which is expected to be unveiled in the March media event is not the iPad Air 3 but a 9.7-inch iPad Pro. The smaller iPad Pro is expected to have many of the same features of the 12.9-inch iPad Pro which was released last year but packed in a small 9.7-inch frame.
- A 4-inch iPhone Will Be Unveiled, the iPhone 5SE ? Another thing that we know so far about the Apple media event is that a new 4-inch iPhone will be announced. Dubbed the iPhone 5SE, the newest iPhone is reportedly going to look very similar to the iPhone 5s and will likewise be cheaper compared to the recent iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, according to MacRumors.
