Google has released the fifth and last developer preview of Android 7.0 Nougat. The Android N will come pre-installed on Google Nexus 2016?s Marlin and Sailfish smartphones. And, very soon it will be released to older Google Nexus devices and smartphones from other OEMs. Here is a low down on the Samsung, HTC, Motorola, Sony and LG smartphones that will receive the Android 7.0 Nougat update within this year.
The Nexus 6P, Nexus 5X, Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 devices are going to receive Android 7.0 in August as Nexus 2016 smartphones are expected to be released next month. Android One phones like General Mobile 4G is also expected to receive the Android 7.0.
Samsung is expected to bring the Android 7.0 Nougat update to 2016 and 2015 flagships like Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 Edge, Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S6 Edge+, Galaxy S6 Edge and Galaxy S6 within the end of 2016. The Galaxy Note 7 is speculated to come pre-installed with Android 7.0.
HTC has confirmed that the HTC 10, HTC One A9 and HTC One M9 will be upgraded to Android 7.0 whenever the devices will be publicly released.

Motorola Moto Z, Moto G4, Moto G4 Plus, Moto G4 Play and the newly announced Moto E are pegged to get Android N before the year ends. The firmware update is also expected to arrive for 2015 Motorola smartphones such as Moto X Style (aka Moto X Pure Edition 2015), Moto X Play and Moto G (Gen 3).
The Sony Xperia X, Xperia XA, Xperia X Performance, Xperia XA Ultra, Xperia XA Dual and Xperia E5 are poised to get Android 7.0 Nougat update this year. The Xperia Z3 that belongs to the Android Beta program and Xperia Z5 are also rumored to get Android N this year.
LG has released several smartphones this year, but it is likely to release Android N first to LG G5. It is also speculated to bring the new firmware upgrade to LG V10 and LG G4 this year.
