Samsung could soon release the latest Android Nougat update for Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge through Beta Program app.

Although the Beta Program app has been pulled from the app store, a leaked image shows that the app is available again. The image shows that the Android Nougat will be available for beta testing from November 9 to mid December.

Once the Beta Program app is installed on the device, users can apply for Galaxy Beta Program through the Registration menu on top of the main menu. After that, Samsung will assess the applicant and those who will meet the criteria will be selected for Android 7.0, 7.1 Nougat Update beta testing.

Moreover, it is also mentioned that this program is not valid on Galaxy 7 Edge Olympic edition and Batman Injustice edition.

However, owners of Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge models from T-Mobile, Verizon and Sprint in the U.S will be able to apply for Android 7.0 Nougat beta testing.

In South Korea, Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge devices by KT, SK Telecom or LG U+ are likely to receive beta version on 7.0 Nougat Update.

As mentioned above, the beta testing program will end in mid December. It means the company could release the Android 7.0 Nougat Update soon after beta testing program, most probably before the end of 2017.

Meanwhile, the company is reportedly working on an enhanced version of Galaxy A7 that the company could launch with pre-installed Android Nougat. Reports claim that the tech giant could announce the enhanced version of Galaxy A7 by the end of 2016.

On the other hand Samsung has not yet announced the Nougat update for its other devices. However, Galaxy Note 7 will most probably receive the update in upcoming months. Other Samsung devices expected to receive Nougat update includes Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 Edge, Galaxy S6 Edge Plus.

However, these are merely speculations until the company officially announces Android Nougat update for its smartphones.
