America’s Got Talent Grace VanderWaal album might be in the works very soon. All throughout the season, the America’s Got Talent 2016 winner has been singing original songs. Now that she’s famous, execs will definitely run to her for a piece of her fame.
VanderWaal’s original songs like I Don’t Know My Name, Beautiful Thing, Light The Sky and Clay are few of her original songs that have managed to impress the judges. It’s her voice, songwriting talent and ukulele magic that eventually won her the $1 million prize on Wednesday night.
Asked what she was going to do with the money, she told PEOPLE that she wants to give some to charity, like a music charity. And just to remind everyone that she’s just 12 years old, she added, “but I want to go on Treehouse Masters and I want to get a treehouse.”
And just like magic, Treehouse Masters host Pete Nelson recorded his wonderful message for VanderWaal. Animal Planet posted it on Twitter on Thursday.
It said, “Congratulations on your win, you are so amazing! And I’m thrilled to think that you mentioned you wanna have a ?treehouse built. I mean, seriously? Because we could do that! We could be at your house tomorrow–bridges, ziplines, the whole thing. Really, this is so fun, so exciting! Congratulations, and call me!” VanderWaal excited responded, ?Calling!?
Shortly after she was declared the newest America’s Got Talent winner on Wednesday, VanderWaal relived the surreal moment with ET.
She said, “Really whenever something like that happens, you’re not really thinking. You’re just like, ‘Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh, this is happening, this is happening, this is happening, this is happening.”
VanderWaal admitted all these hasn’t sunk in yet. It will sink in, baby. Soon. Just wait for it! For more on America?s Got Talent Grace VanderWaal album, keep it here on TheBitBag. Hit us with your feedback in the comments below.
