AMD Radeon RX 490 Release Date in December Confirmed?

This is one reason why 4K gaming has become such a hot trend in recent years. One of the most highly anticipated 4K gaming graphics card is definitely AMD?s Radeon RX 490. If speculations are to be believed, it is possible that gamers would finally be able to enjoy the excellent graphics card before the year ends.

AMD has ramped up its products and performance over the past couple of years. With the rise of the 4K gaming trend, the company has not blinked as it has made powerful GPU?s to the delight of gamers all over the world.

Many gamers have been looking forward to AMD?s upcoming Vega RX 490 graphics card which is expected to be one of the most powerful GPU?s for 4K gaming. While there has not been any confirmation yet as to when exactly it will release, WCCFTech has previously reported that the video card has a 2016 launch date.

If the said report is to be believed, then the AMD RX 490 could be releasing in less than two months. That should definitely make video game fanatics ecstatic as another excellent GPU for 4K gaming will be hitting the market soon.

The same WCCFTech report cites that the AMD RX 490 grapchis card is a 4K gaming class GPU with a memory interface larger than 256bit. This means that its memory interface is larger than that of the AMD Radeon RX 480 and the Radeon RX 470 video cards.

While AMD is still keeping its mouth shut as regards the launch of the AMD Radeon RX 490 graphics card, it could only be a matter of time before an official announcement is made by the company. Fans can just keep their fingers crossed in the meantime and hope that the release of the RX 490 will happen sooner rather than later.
