More interesting progress is happening for the upcoming season of Marvel?s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. as Constance Zimmer was added for a recurring role.
Zimmer will be taking a recurring role as the head of a new government agency that will go head-to-head against Phil Coulson as he continue to take the role of director of S.H.I.E.L.D.? for their race to find the Inhumans. After a revealing event from the previous season, her role will be more of an antagonist.
Zimmer was known for her role was the demanding executive producer Quinn King from the dark comedy TV series UnREAL and notable credits in Entourage, Grey?s Anatomy and House of Cards. She will have her debut in Marvel?s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. for Season 3 premiere where it takes places a few months after season 2?s finale.
It?s not only Constance Zimmer will be joining the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D cast, Andrew Howard (who appeared in films like Taken 3 and Limitless) will be joining with a recurring roles as Agent Banks; who was best described as ?an authoritative and intimidating agent?
More new characters will be introduced in season 3, as the story unfolds more about the Inhumans, a new villain called Lash will be introduced as well. Marvel has promised that the Secret Warriors will play a role in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., as Director Coulson and Skye will take charge in forming the team, with some hints that Skye would become as the Secret Warriors leader Quake after the events happened on season two. Marvel is very serious in letting their TV series and movies share the same timeline, as what they did for season 1 for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. where they tied the events happened on Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
