Expect the finale of the Australian Football League to be a grand ceremony to be witnessed by everyone. The league which began on 3rd of April, will be concluding ?the 3rd October in a huge way. The audience will not only witness a thrilling match between the two final teams but will also see entertaining performances by Bryan Adams, Ellie Goudling and Chris Isaak.
Gillon McLachlan, the AFL chief executive made this announcement this morning, making it the hot topic of discussion currently. Bryan who is best known for his songs such as Summer Of 69, Everything I Do, Heaven and others will be seen setting the stage on fire with his soulful voice. Ellie who has touched million hearts songs such as Love me like you do, I need you love and many more willalso be crooning to some of her best songs at the event.Not just that, Chris Isaak will also be performing at the AFL finale with these other two singers.
However, before the finale, there will be a performance by James Blunt at the The Brownlow Medal which will be held on September 28.
Andrew McLeod will present the Norm Smith Medal, while Robert Walls will present the Jock McHale Medal as per the announcement made by Gillon McLachlan. Former Bulldogs star Simon Beasley will confer the Coleman Medal on West Coast star Josh Kennedy. Kane Cornes has been named the AFL premiership cup ambassador.
Tickets for the first week of the finals will go on sale at 9am today for competing club members before sales open at 2pm for the general public.
Prices for the tickets will be between $35 and $85 for adults. The cheapest family tickets are $80.
