Adidas NMD Release Date: New Colorways This October As Holiday 2016 Kicks In

The long wait for Adidas NMD release will soon be over. After almost 19 adidas NMD releases in massive August drop, Adidas Originals is back again with NMD October release. Adidas is kicking off the Holiday 2016 season with nine distinct colorways of three different NMD styles.

The classic adidas NMD R1, the recently debuted adidas NMD XR1, and the all-new adidas NMD Chukka TR styles will hit select retailers on Oct. 1. The all new NMD collection is just a week away featuring some new colorways, return of several older sneakers as well as the NMD built for rougher terrains.

Adidas NMD R1

The classic NMD R1 debuts in another five colorways. The sneakers feature upper built in nylon mesh and suede detailing on the heels. Reflective three stripe branding covers both the sides of sneakers while iconic Boost technology midsole give comfortable fit.

The highlight of NMD R1 pack is a ?Vapour Steel? NMD, which features a jade green upper and a bright pink tab. There is a ?Core Black? iteration with just one hit of blue for the heel tab loop. Other in the pack include a Navy Blue, Light Blue and Tech Earth NMDs.

Adidas NMD Chukka Trail

Adidas has also redesigned the popular Boost cushioned lifestyle sneakers into rugged iteration with a build to take on off-road conditions. The NMD Chukka Trail feature?a new treaded rubber outsole, durable textile upper, and leather-reinforced heel all in a chukka silhouette.

The new edition sneakers keep your feet well in cooler and wetter conditions. The NMD previewed here in grey and black colorways drop at select retailers on October 1st. The price of these new sneakers remains unclear.

Adidas NMD XR1 Primeknit ?Glitch?

Two ?Glitch? Primeknit versions of the XR1 are restocking on October 1st. German sneaker retailer Overkill stated the black/white and black/grey colorways of the unique glitch-patterned NMD XR1 will once again be in stock. There is no information whether this restock is limited to Europe or also be dropping in the US.
