If there?s one thing moviegoers noticed about the recent premiere of “Accel World: Infinite Burst”?it?s the annoying 40-minute recap of the anime series? original story. Unfortunately, according to viewers, they were led to believe that ?Accel World: Infinite Burst? will have a different story concept from the original one. It turns out that it did for only half of the show and the rest mainly recapped the original story.
It hasn?t been easy for fans, especially those who claim they got lost while viewing the recap and original version of ?Accel World: Infinite Burst?. The surge of comments from unsatisfied viewers on various social media sites also proved just how disappointing the theatrical run was.
The Japanese animation ?Accel World? was first aired in the spring of 2012. It is also based on the light novel by Reki Kawahara, which also bears the same title. Its TV premiere was a success that fans actually rallied to get a second season of the anime series. Instead, they were given the first movie version of the series, now entitled ?Accel World: Infinite Burst.?
Accel World is about the characters Chiyuri, Takumu, Haruyuki and Kuroyukihime having access to the virtual and accelerated world, using what they call Neuro-Linkers. The theatrical run of the anime series combines its first season?s superheroes and the all new characters added in the latest movie version.
