7 Days To Die update

The Fun Pimps is very busy with the PC version of 7 Days To Die and with the Alpha 16 update coming soon, players are in for a treat. The console versions are way behind on updates though and those on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One are very disappointed with the game. That could change as the developer is readying a huge 7 Days To Die update for the console versions.

The 7 Days To Die community is very disappointed with the console version of the game as it’s been very rarely receiving updates. As compared to the PC version, the PlayStation and Xbox One versions of 7 Days To Die are severely lacking when it comes to content. The visuals and most aspects of the game are what many consider to be as last gen quality.

Fans on consoles are very busy with asking for the next major console 7 Days To Die update. For the first time in a while, the developer responded said over on the game’s forum that “there are some big fat console updates coming.” They detail what makes the upcoming 7 Days To Die “big” and “meaty”, but fans are excited nonetheless.

The console versions are left behind in terms of content as compared to the PC version, but the developer has said before that it’s going to take a different approach with the console versions. There’s a chance that the meaty update that The Fun Pimps is readying has content from several Alpha versions of the game.

For now, what players on consoles are most likely looking for the much needed visual improvements for the game. At best, the console versions of 7 Days To Die would pass on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The poor visuals partnered with the various performance issues in the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One version make the game a very poor port.

When it comes to the game itself, navigating the menu is very hard as it’s obviously easier to do with a mouse and keyboard instead of the controller. The texts on the menu are also very hard to read since it’s rather small. These are just some of the issues that The Fun Pimps should consider addressing.

Aside from the various performance issues for the console versions, players are also looking to get a lot of new features in the next update.
