For the younger members of The Bitbag who are into skateboards and BMX bikes, Sony is working with skate parks across the nation in promotion of action sports. Qualification rounds will take place now through May. There are opportunities to win $5,000, a free summer at Woodward, PlayStation 3/PSP hardware, and various software titles.

This month, a service will be launched on Sony’s latest PSP model that will allow free online calls between PSP owners and psersonal computer users. Customers can also subscribe (read: fee) to a Skype service that designates a phone number to them, allowing the user to make and receive phone calls.
