As the Season 1 of “One Punch Man” has just ended, avid fans of the show now await for the release of its Season 2. But the question is, how long will it take for the next season to be released?
The creator of the anime series, Murata Yusuke, has already announced that he will make sure that the fans of the series can already expect the new season. He also added on his tweet, reported by Otakukart, that he “will work hard to so that it will get a second season.”
Serious work plus ton of sketches and storyboards, these are the things that will fill the creator’s schedule for next year just to be able to release the second season soon.
Usually, it takes 6-9 months or 1- 2 years to create a whole new season, but if Yusuke is really that eager to satisfy his viewers, he should be changing his regular schedule each day to: 100 sketches, 100 pages inked, 10 hours of editing, and 100 storyboards.
“One Punch Man” Season 1 has been so successful and it is already one of the brightest spots in Animeland during 2015. Latinpost reported that due to its astounding design, fight scenes, witty humor, and its remarkable characters, it was able to capture the globe’s attention, especially the anime fans.
But what should we be expecting in the next season of the series?
Well, it can be recalled that the last episode, entitled “The Strongest Hero”, ended when Saitama countered an attack from Lord Boros, who hoped to destroy the hero with it in the process, and released his own offense; an attack called “serious serious punch” which turned Boros into dust.
However, as the fight between the two ended, here comes the arrival of Handsome Kamen Amai Mask, a Class A Rank 1 hero. Kamen then said S-class heroes will not be able to save a single brick of the city. So the question is, will Saitama and Kamen cross paths in Season 2?
Though the release date has not yet been confirmed, we are all hoping that Yusuke would really be able to keep what he said so fans do not have to wait for a long time to witness the second season of “One Punch Man.”
