NieR Automata: Protagonist 2B Has A Butthole [NSFW]

NieR Automata

Recently, NieR Automata protagonist 2B has become popular among the game?s fans due to her character design. Sometimes, fans would even note and commend her white panties as she does acrobatics in her frilly dress. However, some fans were able to spot her butthole, which could be a testament of detail in NieR Automata or could just be just plain fan service. Here?s what we know so far.

2B Butthole

As seen on @solebrotherkab?s Twitter post, 2B?has a butthole actually drawn between her panties. Fans on the PS4 Reddit worry that NieR Automata may get censored in certain countries due to this finding. The censorship can possibly go from the removal of the butthole to completely altering 2B?s design to match regulation standards.

In Nier Automata, 2B can use gravity-defying aerial attacks and acrobatics which makes her skirt flutter. Intense and evasive combat actually allows her panties to show and reveal her butt.?

Previously, the first NieR had the Gestalt and Replicant versions. NieR Replicant was released to feature a younger protagonist as NieR Gestalt used a buff but aging father figure as the main character. It?s possible that NieR Automata may receive a different version for other territories to avoid an adult only rating in some countries.?

The ?Butt? Thickens

As seen on Cocoa Puffdaddy?s Twitter post, the image featuring 2B?s butthole could actually be photoshopped. Usually, developers don?t bother to go far in adding details that the camera would rarely even find. However, developers cannot completely control their audience?s behavior and will often find ways to enjoy the game outside of the developer?s expectations.

Potentially, you can see 2B?s butthole by fiddling with the game?s camera focus and movement options. Players will have to try and replicate this upskirt picture on their own Nier Automata demos to confirm if the game is really worth censoring or not.
